Chocolate fridge cake


Ingredients

100g plain or white chocolate
100g butter
5 tablespoons of golden syrup
225g rich tea biscuits
2 tablespoons chopped glace cherries
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons chopped nuts

Method

1. Grease your tin and line with greaseproof paper
2. Melt the chocolate with the butter and syrup in a saucepan over a low heat.
3. Break up the biscuits in a bowl and add the cherries, raisins and nuts.
4. Add the melted chocolate mix to the biscuit mix.
5. Spoon into the tin and place in the fridge.
6. Leave overnight to set.
